The East Room

We re-opened our membership on 01 July for only the second time in seven years.

Summer means our outside areas are now in full use (this means more space) and our membership is growing with offers made on two central London sites in the last few weeks.

If you would like to join The Rushmore Group (our group of members' bars and clubs in London, New York and the French Alps) then, for a short time, you can do so immediately without joining our waiting list. We expect to close our list again at the end of September.

There are four types of membership available:

International Membership - This means membership of The East Room,
Milk & Honey and The Player in London, The Clubhouse in Chamonix and access to Milk & Honey in New York. Full International Membership currently costs £350 and there is a one-off joining fee of £50.

Joint Membership: Two people/partners living at the same address may also pay a reduced annual rate for Joint Membership of £600 and there is only one joining fee of £50.

Local Membership - This membership is available to women only. Local Membership is for the East Room only and does not include membership of or access to Milk & Honey in London and New York, or The Player in Soho or
The Clubhouse in Chamonix. To become a Local Member, there is a one-off joining fee of £25 and an annual fee of £150.

There are no Joint Local Memberships.

Five Year Membership - This is the same as International Membership but is for five years. Genius!

In addition to the £50 one-off joining fee, Five Year Membership costs just £1,250 and currently represents a reduction of at least 50% in the likely annual membership fees payable over the next five years as we grow the Group and add more members' sites.

Joint Five Year Membership costs just £2,000.

Notes on this kind of membership: Your Five Year Membership will automatically include membership of all the other members' bars we open during the five year period of your membership. Buying a Five Year Membership upfront will mean you are 'protected' from the subsequent increases in our membership rate as we open new sites. Five Year Memberships can be sold or transferred on to other members if you move or decide you don't need your membership anymore.

Notes on Membership

Opening Times

	•		Milk & Honey - Milk & Honey is open 6pm-3am Mon-Fri and 7pm-3am on Saturdays.
	•		The Player - The Player is open from 5pm six nights a week; until midnight Mon-Wed and until 2am Thu-Sat.
	•		The Clubhouse - The Clubhouse is open all day from 7am to 2am seven days a week from 04 Dec to 01 May (winter season) and from 8am to 1am Wed-Sun from mid June to late September (summer season).
	•		The East Room - The East Room is open seven days a week, for lunch and dinner from 11am until 1am Mon-Wed, until 3am Thu-Sat (from 7pm Sat), and until 11pm on Sundays.

Direct Debit renewal - You need to have a direct debit in place for your membership renewal. This is a condition of your membership. Once set up, the direct debit can be cancelled at any time. You can download a direct debit form here.

Standing Order -If you previously renewed your membership by standing order you will need to cancel this please, we cannot do this for you.

Cancellation - If you choose to pay for your membership annually, you will still be able to cancel your membership at the end of each full year of your membership by simply cancelling your direct debit. There is no pro-rata refund for any unexpired portion of your membership fees.

Upgrade - As a member you can upgrade your membership at anytime even if our membership is closed. Just let charlotte@thstrm.com know if you'd like to do this.
